Eligibility for Returns :
- You can request a return within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- When you request a return, please inform us about the reason for the return.
Important Conditions for Returns :
- If you receive a wrong product or damaged product, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp, call, or email.
- In such cases, clear parcel opening video and clear photos are mandatory.
- Without video/photo proof, the return will not be accepted.
- For damaged/defective items, we will arrange a fast replacement or refund.

Refund/Exchange Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the exchange or refund within 2-3 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- In case of exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Quick Note :
- To process returns for damaged/defective products quickly, photos and an unboxing video are required.
- If proper proof is not provided, the return request may be rejected.
