• Your order represents an intent to purchase the selected products.

• Orders are confirmed via call or WhatsApp. An order is not final until confirmed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to stock issues, errors, or suspicious activity.

• Violation of these Terms may lead to cancellation of the order or suspension of your account.

4. Payments

We accept secure and reliable payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

• Cash on Delivery (if applicable)

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include all applicable taxes. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard shipping is free on prepaid orders.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours after order confirmation (subject to exceptions).

• A tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.

• SNEAXI is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address information.

6. Return & Exchange

• Returns are not accepted, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

• Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery along with a valid parcel opening video.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.

• Once approved, the exchange will be processed within 2–3 business days.

All content on the SNEAXI website including logos, product images, text, and design elements are the intellectual property of SNEAXI. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
